核心职责： 1.行政支持 -负责德国法兰克福办公室的日常行政事务、办公环境维护及办公室日常运营支持； -负责办公用品的询价、采购、库存管理，并与相关供应商保持日常沟通； -负责与物业、IT、清洁、维修等外部服务商的日常沟通与协调； -协助办公室访客接待、会议安排及其他日常办公室协调工作。 2.客户支持 -根据业务需要，支持客服团队处理 Level 1 客户咨询，包括热线、在线聊天及工单渠道； -处理客户关于订单、物流、退换货、基础产品信息、产品使用及配件相关问题； -清晰记录客户诉求，并及时跟进或在必要时升级复杂案例； -以友好、专业、解决问题为导向的方式支持客户，保障良好的客户体验。

Aufgaben 1.Administration / Office Management -Unterstützung der täglichen administrativen Aufgaben und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Büroalltags im Frankfurter Büro; -Pflege des Büroumfelds sowie Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Büromaterialien, einschließlich Angebotsanfragen, Bestellungen, Bestandskontrolle und Lieferantenkommunikation; -Kommunikation und Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern, z. B. Gebäudeverwaltung, IT, Reinigung, Wartung und weiteren Anbietern; -Unterstützung beim Empfang von Besuchern, bei der Organisation von Meetings sowie bei weiteren internen Koordinationsaufgaben. 2.Kundenservice -Unterstützung des Kundenservice-Teams bei Level-1-Kundenanfragen über Hotline, Live Chat und Ticketsystem je nach Bedarf; -Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Bestellungen, Lieferstatus, Retouren, allgemeinen Produktinformationen, grundlegender Produktnutzung und Zubehör; -Klare Dokumentation von Kundenanliegen sowie zeitnahe Nachverfolgung oder Eskalation bei Bedarf; -Freundliche, professionelle und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation zur Sicherstellung einer positiven Kundenerfahrung.

Anforderungen -Bachelorabschluss oder höher -Erste Erfahrung in Administration, Office Management, Kundenservice, E-Commerce-Support oder einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil; -Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Mandarin erforderlich; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil; -Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise; -Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kundenfokus und Teamfähigkeit; -Fähigkeit, Prioritäten sinnvoll zu setzen und flexibel zwischen administrativen Aufgaben und Kundenservice zu wechseln; -Standort: Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, Vor-Ort-Position.
