岗位目标： 作为人群方向的业务一号位，负责该人群在欧美市场的营销传播与全渠道深度运营。通过高效整合 KOL 资源、垂直社媒矩阵、私域社群以及各类合作项目，将单点传播转化为长线的人群心智，对该人群的声量破圈、用户增长及组内人才带教负责。

你要做的事： 1. 负责该人群内金字塔尖、千万级/百万级顶流大V及行业名人的高位建联与深度合作谈判。 2. 制定该人群的长线拓圈方案（如社区合作、垂直社媒活动、人群挑战赛等），把大V和项目的声量直接沉淀为自有的阵地资产与用户增长。 3. 与同级的社媒/社群中台配合，主导该人群在社媒、社群侧的整体策略制定与具体日常执行。 4. 负责下属的日常工作排期、业务把关及直接绩效考核；重点带教并复制自身做全渠道整合运营的能力，带团队一起拿结果。

我们希望你： 1. 英语可作为工作语言，具备5年以上海外市场营销、整合传播或出海品牌相关经验。 2. 核心优势：够根据公司的大战略，自主带领团队完成从目标拆解、策略制定、任务分配、方法论指导，到动作落地、结果复盘的全链路。 3. 具备以下业务能力： 1. 优秀的商务谈判能力，有成功操盘海外名人/顶流博主深度共创的实际案例优先。 2. 优秀的人群洞察能力，擅长从内容叙事和数据中发现规律，抽象出可复制可延展的方法论。 3. 清晰的整合传播逻辑，懂内容、懂社媒矩阵、懂社群运营，能把流量做成长期的人群资产沉淀。 4. 具备以下管理能力： 1. 具备业务一号位意识，面对复杂项目或风控能独立决策，对最终人群增长负死责。 2. 善于萃取 SOP 与方法论，能有效带教团队并打造胜任的人力梯队。 3. 具备强多任务推进能力，能精准评估团队负荷、把关交付质量与项目节奏。 4. 能够高效协同社媒/社群中台及 PR/PMKT等跨职能资源，形成战术合力。

加分项： 1. 对欧美家装或亲子圈层的社区、文化、阵地及内容偏好有天然的敏感度。 2. 有过亲自下场搭建并运营海外垂直社交媒体矩阵号或垂直社群的成功经验。
