1.理解品牌文化,提炼创意概念,独立完成插画风格定义(线条、配色、造型语言)。 2.创作系列插画,包括简单叙事型内容,如四宫格、小场景、系列图案,保证风格统一。 根据包装结构和产品形态,在成本与工艺限制内,针对性设计开箱与使用体验(开启方式、层次、内衬、材质触感、信息出现的顺序),让创意长在产品上,而不是贴在产品上。 3.把插画延展为文创产品,并对产品体验负责: 包装: 结构、工艺与成本的平衡 实物: 穿戴与使用场景的合理性 插画: 在不同载体上的审美表现 卖点: 配合运营完成详情页的卖点视觉表达 搭建并维护插画与文创视觉规范(线条、色彩、排版、包装),让资产可复用。 4.对接供应商和打样,把控成品与设计稿的一致性。 5.跟进海外文创与艺术趋势,持续输入方向。

1.有扎实的插画功底和稳定的个人风格,具备造型、色彩、构图和简单叙事能力。 2.有平面设计能力(版式、字体、包装),对线条、配色、排版有严格的自我要求,风格克制。 3.有商业化落地经验:作品被量产过,并受过成本、工艺、尺寸、色数等限制。 4.具备产品与包装思维:能把插画、配色、材质、包装当作一个整体来设计,并说清创意如何依附于具体载体。 5.能解释"为什么这样设计",包括概念、取舍和用户使用场景。 5.熟练使用 PS、AI、Procreate 等工具。
