1、搭建欧洲区域线下售后服务体系，推进服务商网络布局与服务流程标准化，制定服务标准，提升线下服务能力与用户体验。 2、为区域代理商提供支持，包括不限于技术支持、备件供应和赋能培训等，提升代理商服务能力，保障终端用户体验。 3、统筹线下维修、备件管理、网点运营及现场技术支持，持续优化线下服务效率与质量。 4、收集用户需求与反馈，优化服务策略，对接内部部门推动问题改进，降低客诉风险。 5、管控线下服务费用、预算及资产，审核服务商费用与运营盘点，确保成本合理、资产安全。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上欧洲线下售后运营经验，具备团队管理能力与项目落地能力。 2、英语可作为工作语言，能顺畅对接各方（会德语加分）。 3、具备优秀的线下服务问题分析解决能力与执行力，能高效推进线下服务落地与服务商管控。 4、具备较强的跨部门沟通、逻辑思维及数据分析能力，能通过数据优化运营效率。 5、具备良好抗压能力，适应海外工作节奏，适应出差。 6、能接受在海外现场办公或长期出差外派。
