1. 统筹京东、天猫、抖音、小红书、拼多多五大平台全链路视觉，覆盖店铺首页、主图详情、活动页、种草物料，严格适配各平台运营与视觉规范。 2. 坚持"活人感"设计，拒绝模板化电商视觉，用生活化、有共情的表达做差异化内容，平衡品牌调性与平台用户审美。 3. 数据驱动复盘：结合点击率、转化率反向优化视觉策略，助推流量与销售转化。 4. 配合新品、大促、营销节点输出成套视觉方案，保障多平台节奏统一与场景适配。 5. 建立并维护电商视觉素材库，归档设计源文件，提升复用效率。

1. 视觉设计相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上国内主流电商平台视觉设计经验，有多平台运营设计经验者优先。 2. 熟练使用设计软件，可独立完成全品类电商视觉物料设计。 3. 熟悉五大电商平台运营规则，具备清晰的数据思维，能通过运营数据复盘迭代设计逻辑。 4. 具备"活人感"设计思维，擅长生活化、有温度的视觉表达，能跳出模板化电商设计，兼顾品牌质感与转化效果。 5. 对电商视觉趋势与用户审美变化保持敏感，可适配多项目并行的工作节奏。 6. 具备成熟的创意视觉落地能力。
