1. 负责智能硬件产品增值服务的产品设计、方案规划及全流程落地。 2. 具备从0到1推动增值服务落地的能力，搭建增值服务体系，挖掘用户需求，设计适配的增值服务产品。 3. 洞察用户体验痛点，结合智能硬件产品特性，优化增值服务流程，提升用户满意度及业务转化。 4. 统筹增值服务业务运营，跟踪落地效果，基于数据反馈迭代优化服务策略及产品方案。 5. 联动内部相关部门，协同推进增值服务落地、推广，沉淀服务经验，搭建增值服务知识体系。 6. 负责增值服务业务的需求梳理、优先级排序，确保服务产品贴合业务目标及用户需求。 7. 熟悉SAP相关模块（CS/SD/MM），了解售后业务流程与系统实现逻辑，有SAP流程设计或项目参与经验者优先。

1. 本科及以上学历，智能硬件行业经验优先。 2. 3年以上智能硬件产品增值服务产品设计、落地相关经验，具备从0到1推动增值服务落地的实战经验。 3. 具备敏锐的用户需求洞察能力，能精准捕捉用户体验痛点，独立完成增值服务产品设计及落地方案。 4. 具备优秀的执行力、方案落地能力，目标感强，有良好的逻辑思维及问题解决能力，责任心强。 5. 智能硬件头部企业相关经验、增值服务业务运营经验、用户体验优化相关经验者优先。
