岗位职责 1. 制定公关内容策略与叙事主线，为公关传播质量和结果负责； 2. 捕捉公司产品动态和行业故事，用稿件、图片、长短视频等方式予以呈现； 3. 建设内容资产库，持续沉淀案例，为多渠道传播提供弹药； 4. 主导ESG、品牌故事、线下主题展等专题项目，统筹创意、资源和进度，确保高质量交付； 5. 协同法务、产品等部门，把控内容风险与合规，确保输出安全、准确、有效。

1. 三年以上科技或B2C内容营销经验，熟悉行业叙事风格与传播规律，网感在线； 2. 文字功底扎实，掌握多种文本的写作技巧，包括但不限于新闻稿、深度稿件、演讲稿、视频脚本等； 3. 具备复杂传播项目管理能力，可独立制定传播规划，统筹多团队、多环节的内容生产线。

加分项 1. 在微信、小红书、B站等主流社媒平台有过较为成功的账号运营经验和粉丝基础； 2. 操盘过知名产品或IP在各大社媒平台的专题策划传播，熟悉平台流量和话题运营规则； 3. 对3D打印、创客或硬件话题有浓厚兴趣，能快速理解技术逻辑并转化为大众语言。
