核心定位：主导海外电商平台全渠道视觉设计，贴合海外用户审美与消费习惯，打造高转化、有记忆点的视觉内容，兼顾设计质感与商业增长目标。 岗位职责 1、负责独立站、亚马逊、TikTok Shop 等海外平台的日常页面、大促活动、产品详情页全场景视觉设计，输出高质感、高转化的设计内容。 2、操盘黑五、Cyber Monday、Prime Day 等海外核心大促视觉落地，完成主 KV、会场页、引流素材创作，平衡美观性与转化效果。 3、熟练运用 Figma+Lovart 等 AI 生图工具，结合 3D 渲染 / 商业摄影 / 商业手绘能力，高效产出符合海外调性的电商素材，提升内容差异化竞争力。 4、搭建并迭代海外电商设计规范与组件库，联动运营、开发团队，确保设计 1:1 精准落地，保障全渠道视觉统一。 5、具备优秀跨部门协作能力，精准对接海外运营、产品团队，清晰传递设计思路，推动方案落地；懂海外电商逻辑，能从转化角度优化设计细节。 6、持续关注海外电商视觉趋势与海外市场审美差异，主动迭代设计方法，规避文化风险，助力海外市场增长。

1、3 年 + 海外电商设计经验，有亚马逊 / 独立站等平台成熟设计案例，主导过至少 2 次海外核心大促视觉落地。 2、精通设计相关软件，熟练使用 AI 生图工具产出商业级素材；具备 3D 渲染、商业摄影或商业级手绘能力（非个人练习，有落地案例）者优先。 3、熟悉欧美 / 东南亚等海外市场用户审美偏好，能驾驭极简、工业风、年轻化等主流风格，规避文化禁忌。 4、能看懂英文设计需求、海外平台规则，具备基础英文沟通能力者优先。
