1. 备件定义与导入策划 · 牵头新品备件定义与跨部门评审，输出全量备件/单品清单，明确核心信息并形成可追溯档案。 · 梳理维修等级、适配关系与替代逻辑，确保备件范围清晰、可执行。 · 制定导入节奏与首批囤货策略，协同计划、采购、质量等完成导入关闭与交接。 2. 备件 BOM、试产与首批囤货 · 负责备件 BOM 建立与维护，组织首件/实物核对，确保 BOM 与实物一致，规避错料、漏料。 · 主导备件试产计划、节点管控与转量产判定，推动试产问题闭环。 · 统筹首批量产囤货落地（数量建议、齐套与到货跟进），保障新品售后首批供应；常规预测、补货与呆滞交对接备件计划组。 3. 变更的备件侧落地 · 承接 ECN 等变更对备件的影响落地（非变更流程主责）：更新备件 BOM、替代/互换关系及关键主数据。 · 协同技术/维修策略组明确备件切换结论，完成知识库与档案同步，保障现场可识别、可领用。 4. 知识沉淀与协同 · 维护备件单品知识库，沉淀规格、适配、替代及导入过程关键信息。 · 沉淀导入全链路经验，为下一代产品备件定义与导入优化提供输入。 · 对接研发、质量、计划、采购等，打通导入卡点，提升跨部门协同效率。

1.具备较强统筹协调能力，能独立推进备件从定义到首批囤货的全流程，推动跨部门闭环。 2.沟通清晰、响应及时，能快速处理试产、BOM、齐套与导入交接中的问题。 3.责任心强、注重细节，对 BOM、料号、版本、适配与替代关系敏感，能有效控制错漏风险。 4.具备基础数据与文档管理意识，能把导入过程沉淀为可复用的知识与档案。 5.熟悉 3D 打印机基本原理与核心结构（如热端、热床、挤出、运动、耗材系统等），了解常见故障及基础维修逻辑者优先；愿意快速学习产品与备件知识，适配岗位。
