1.长视频内容策划与编导：独立负责或承接品牌长视频项目的策划工作，包括前期调研、创意发散、脚本撰写及分镜头设计。 2.全流程把控与执行：作为视频项目的 Owner，与内部视频制作团队或外部供应商紧密配合，跟进拍摄现场，把控后期剪辑节奏与视觉风格，确保成片质量符合品牌调性。 3.内容挖掘与创新：深入了解 3D 打印行业、产品特性及用户生态，主动挖掘有价值的品牌故事、用户故事（如 Maker 圈层人物），探索创新、有传播力的视频表现形式。 4.跨部门协同：与产品营销、社媒传播、达人营销等团队协作，确保视频内容与整体营销策略保持一致，服务于最终的传播目标。

1. 本科及以上学历，广播电视编导、影视制作、广告学、新闻传播等相关专业优先，具备 3-5 年视频策划/编导经验。 2.扎实的编导基本功：具备优秀的文字功底和视觉想象力，能独立完成高质量的视频脚本与分镜设计。有成功主导过品牌宣传片、纪录片或高质量中长视频的案例。 3.敏锐的内容嗅觉：懂品牌、懂产品、懂用户情绪，知道什么样的视频内容能引发共鸣，对画面美感和叙事节奏有极高的要求。 4.项目统筹能力：具备极强的执行力与沟通协调能力，能高效推进项目进度，妥善处理拍摄过程中的突发状况。 5.对科技产品的热情：热爱探索前沿科技，能够快速学习并理解 3D 打印产品知识。
