核心职责 1. 目标拆解：将区域年度销售/品牌目标转化为媒介子目标（曝光、点击、转化、ROAS），设计多平台预算矩阵与节奏表 2. 预算测算：建立“市场潜力-历史数据-增长假设”三维模型，输出季度/月度/项目档期的分渠道预算区间及灵敏度分析 3. 复杂策略设计：面对新市场进入、新品发布、库存失衡等场景，快速给出场景化投放方案（含人群、创意、渠道等） 4. 投放与优化：主导 Google、Meta、TikTok、Reddit等渠道的广告上线，实时监控漏斗指标，迭代出价、受众与素材，达成 ROI 目标 5. 数据闭环：事后归因分析，对比预设 vs 实际，修正模型参数，沉淀可复用的区域预算&策略知识库 6. 跨部门协同：与上下游部门，核心站外渠道保持紧密沟通，保持对市场的敏感性。

- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、统计学、金融工程、数据分析等相关专业优先 - 1-3年数字广告投放与媒介管理经验，曾独立负责 ≥$5M 年度预算并参与顶层目标拆解 1. 熟练运用 Google、Meta、TikTok、X 广告平台 2. 在广告投放上有过丰富的AB测试经验，形成自身的测试逻辑方法论 3. 对数据具有高度敏感度，并且能从数据背后挖掘出洞察，反哺到素材，人群等方向 4. 具备复杂问题拆解与预算建模能力，可输出带敏感度 & 场景假设的 Excel 或 BI 模板 5. 英语流利（听说读写），适应多文化远程会议与异步协作
