1、统筹管理公司在全球主流联盟平台上的账户运营，包括推广策略制定、预算分配、佣金结构优化及 ROI 管控； 2、制定并执行联盟渠道的年度增长计划，基于数据分析不断优化转化率、客单价及合作伙伴质量； 3、管理与维护核心联盟合作伙伴关系，定期沟通推广策略与业绩目标，激励优质合作伙伴提升销售贡献； 4、拓展全球优质联盟资源，主动开发垂直领域的意见领袖、内容创作者、优惠网站、比价平台等合作方； 5、持续挖掘产品核心卖点，结合行业趋势与竞争对手动态，制定差异化联盟营销策略； 6、对联盟营销全链路数据进行监控、分析与复盘，输出可量化的优化方案与增长建议，并推动跨部门落地； 7、协同市场、品牌、电商、SEO/SEM 团队，推动多渠道整合营销，最大化联盟推广效果； 8、关注并应用行业最新工具与技术，提升联盟运营效率与竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，英语流利，可作为工作语言； 2、3-5年海外联盟营销经验，具备从 0 到 1 搭建或大规模优化联盟渠道的成功案例； 3、深入了解全球主流联盟平台（ShareASale、CJ、Rakuten、Impact 等）及其后台操作； 4、具备丰富的行业人脉资源，能够快速引入高质量的联盟伙伴及流量主； 5、具备优秀的项目管理能力与跨团队协作能力，能够独立推动复杂项目落地； 6、数据敏感度高，熟练使用 Excel、Google Analytics、联盟后台报表等工具进行数据分析与预测； 7、有科技、3C 产品类目经验者优先，对消费电子、创新硬件有较强兴趣； 8、学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力强，结果导向，能在快节奏环境中保持高效。
