岗位职责 1.达人资源拓展与维护：根据项目需求，在小红书、抖音、B站、视频号等平台完成达人搜集、筛选、建联与基础沟通；维护达人资源库及合作信息，持续沉淀适合拓竹产品与内容调性的创作者资源。 2.常规合作项目独立跟进：独立负责常规达人合作项目的执行，包括明确合作需求、输出和传达 Brief、跟进产品寄送、沟通内容制作与发布排期，并及时推进待解决事项。 3.内容审核与上线管理：结合合作 Brief 与品牌传播要求，完成基础内容审核、修改沟通与发布确认；跟进内容上线情况，确保合作信息、素材与发布链接记录完整、准确。 4.合作流程与资料管理：负责样机寄送、合同流转、合作资料归档、付款相关信息整理等流程性工作；主动识别项目推进中的卡点，配合团队持续优化工作流程和协作规范。 5.数据整理与项目支持：整理合作项目的内容链接、传播数据和基础用户反馈，定期输出清晰报表；根据项目需要，支持重点达人合作、传播活动及其他市场项目的执行。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、广告学、商科或相关专业，具备 1–2 年达人营销、社媒运营、品牌市场或内容合作相关经验者优先。 2.熟悉小红书、抖音、B站、视频号等社媒平台的内容风格和基础合作规则，对创作者内容有基本判断力，能够高效完成达人筛选与日常合作沟通。 3.具备较强的执行力和流程意识，能够在多项任务并行时做好记录、排期与跟进，对自己负责的项目有清晰的完成标准。 4.沟通清晰、响应及时，能够与达人、机构、供应商及内部协作方保持专业、高效的沟通。 5.熟练使用 Excel、飞书文档或飞书多维表格等工具，具备基础的数据整理和报表输出能力。 6.对科技数码、3D打印、DIY 创作或生活方式内容有兴趣，了解拓竹及其产品者优先。
