KOL 生态建设与核心资源拓展：负责建立并优化目标人群的 KOL 生态体系。亲自下场主导金字塔尖、头部达人及行业意见领袖的高位建联与深度合作谈判，将核心资源沉淀为品牌资产。 3. 整合传播项目统筹：以项目制负责人的身份，策划并统筹针对特定人群的传播项目。协调并带领 KOL 营销执行团队及内部传播资源（如社媒、公关等），把控项目落地质量与节奏。 4. 数据洞察与策略迭代：建立人群营销的效果评估体系，通过数据分析评估 KOL 投放 ROI 及内容转化效率。从数据与内容叙事中提炼规律，沉淀可复制的人群打透方法论。

1.本科及以上学历，具备 3 年以上 KOL 营销、整合传播或人群运营相关经验，有科技数码、3C、生活方式或创作者工具行业背景者优先。 2.懂人群与内容：具备敏锐的圈层洞察力，能准确把握 Maker、科技或生活方式圈层的内容偏好与话语体系，知道如何用好内容打动特定人群。 3.策略与统筹能力：具备从 0 到 1 制定人群打透策略的能力，能将策略转化为可执行的 action plan，并在项目制管理中展现出色的多任务推进与跨部门协调能力。 4.强结果导向：对数据敏感，能通过数据分析优化投放与传播策略，对声量与增长目标负责。 5.商务谈判能力：具备与头部达人/机构进行复杂商务谈判的经验与技巧。
