Actividades principales del puesto:

1. Gestionar y mantener la trazabilidad de requisitos, capacidades, entregables, criterios de aceptación, pruebas y evidencias del proyecto, asegurando su actualización conforme a los cambios formalmente aprobados.

2. Apoyar el levantamiento, análisis, estructuración y consolidación de requisitos funcionales, no funcionales, técnicos, operativos, de integración y seguridad, participando en la revisión con las áreas responsables.

3. Ejecutar controles transversales de calidad (puntos de control de calidad de proyecto) sobre los productos del proyecto, verificando su completitud, consistencia, trazabilidad, versionamiento, cumplimiento de criterios de aceptación y correspondencia con el alcance aprobado antes de su revisión o aprobación formal.

4. Diseñar y mantener listas de verificación, matrices de control de calidad y criterios de entrada/salida por fase, etapa y entregable, apoyando la aplicación de los Gates establecidos en el Plan Integral del Proyecto

5.Verificar la correspondencia entre los productos elaborados por las áreas o proveedor y los requisitos, TDR, arquitectura, criterios contractuales y decisiones aprobadas, identificando inconsistencias, omisiones o desviaciones para su tratamiento oportuno.

6.Apoyar la preparación, revisión y control de la documentación necesaria para pruebas, homologación, certificación, liberación y aceptación, asegurando que exista evidencia suficiente y trazable antes de avanzar entre etapas conforme las definiciones del proyecto.

7.Administrar el registro de observaciones, hallazgos y acciones correctivas, realizando seguimiento hasta su resolución y escalando aquellos que puedan afectar alcance, cronograma, calidad o aceptación.

8.Apoyar la coordinación entre Negocio, Tecnología, Operaciones, Seguridad, Riesgos, Procesos, Arquitectura, proveedor y Redes de Pago, facilitando la consolidación de información y evitando inconsistencias entre productos elaborados por diferentes equipos.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación académica requerida:

Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o afines.

💼 Experiencia mínima requerida (6 años):

1. Experiencia en análisis funcional y técnico de sistemas, preferentemente en proyectos de integración, interoperabilidad, sistemas de pagos o plataformas transaccionales.

2.Experiencia en levantamiento y administración de requisitos funcionales y no funcionales, matrices de trazabilidad, criterios de aceptación y gestión de cambios.

3. Experiencia en seguimiento y control de entregables de proyectos tecnológicos, incluyendo revisión documental, gestión de observaciones, evidencias y control de cumplimiento.

4. Experiencia en procesos de aseguramiento o control de calidad de proyectos y sistemas, incluyendo listas de verificación, revisiones de calidad, seguimiento de hallazgos y criterios de entrada/salida.

5. Experiencia en pruebas funcionales, integración, homologación o certificación de sistemas, preferentemente en plataformas críticas o de medios de pago.

6.Conocimiento de APIs, JSON/XML, mensajería e integración de sistemas, deseable experiencia con ISO 20022 o medios de pago.

🎓 Capacitación requerida:

1. Análisis y gestión de requisitos de software.

2. Calidad de software y aseguramiento de calidad – ISTQB o equivalentes.

3. Metodologías ágiles y tradicionales de gestión de proyectos.

4. Pruebas funcionales, integración y automatización de pruebas.

5. Gestión de procesos y modelado BPMN.

6. APIs, JSON/XML y fundamentos de integración de sistemas.

7. Fundamentos de ISO 20022 y sistemas de pagos

8. Gestión de riesgos, control de cambios y mejora continua

9. DevOps / Azure DevOps / herramientas de ciclo de vida
