Descripción del puesto

Actividades principales del puesto:

1.- Administrar, operar y mantener las plataformas de contenedores y los clústeres Kubernetes/Rancher institucionales, garantizando su disponibilidad, estabilidad, seguridad y continuidad operativa.

2.- Implementar y mantener los componentes de infraestructura Cloud Native requeridos para el despliegue y funcionamiento de microservicios y aplicaciones que soportan el Sistema de Pagos e Interoperabilidad (SIP).

3.- Ejecutar actividades de instalación, configuración, actualización, mantenimiento y optimización de los componentes de la plataforma, incluyendo nodos, workloads, servicios, almacenamiento, networking y mecanismos de alta disponibilidad.

4.- Monitorear la capacidad, utilización de recursos, rendimiento y disponibilidad de los clústeres; identificar riesgos operativos y ejecutar acciones preventivas y correctivas.

5.- Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes relacionados con Kubernetes, contenedores, servicios distribuidos, persistencia, conectividad y componentes de infraestructura, coordinando con las áreas responsables cuando corresponda.

6.- Implementar y mantener mecanismos de automatización operativa, gestión de configuraciones, respaldos, recuperación y procedimientos de continuidad de la plataforma.

7.- Coordinar técnicamente con las gestiones de Redes, Bases de Datos, Seguridad y demás áreas involucradas la integración de los servicios de infraestructura requeridos por los ambientes de desarrollo, QA, certificación y producción.

8.- Elaborar y mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, procedimientos operativos, inventarios, evidencias de cambios e informes sobre el estado de las plataformas administradas.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación académica requerida:

Título de tercer nivel de grado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Tecnologías de la Información,Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Telemática o carreras afines relacionadas con infraestructura

tecnológica y plataformas de procesamiento.

💼 Experiencia mínima requerida (4 años):

1.- Experiencia en administración, operación y mantenimiento de infraestructura tecnológica, servidores Linux y plataformas de contenedores.

2.- Experiencia en implementación, administración, actualización y resolución de incidentes en clústeres Kubernetes o plataformas equivalentes de orquestación de contenedores.

3.- Experiencia en gestión de alta disponibilidad, monitoreo, capacidad, rendimiento, almacenamiento persistente y continuidad operativa de plataformas tecnológicas.

4.- Experiencia en automatización de tareas operativas, gestión de configuraciones, despliegues, respaldos, recuperación y elaboración de documentación técnica.

🎓 Capacitación requerida:

  • Administración de sistemas operativos Linux
  • Administración de Kubernetes y plataformas de contenedores
  • Automatización operativa y scripting
  • Alta disponibilidad, respaldos y recuperación ante desastres
  • Seguridad de plataformas y gestión de vulnerabilidades
  • Administración de Rancher y operación de clústeres
  • Monitoreo, observabilidad y resolución de incidentes
  • Inglés técnico para lectura de documentación
