Descripción del puesto

Actividades principales del puesto:

1.-Administrar, operar y mantener las plataformas y servicios de datos que soportan las aplicaciones institucionales y el Sistema de Pagos e Interoperabilidad (SIP), de acuerdo con la arquitectura tecnológica aprobada y dentro de su ámbito de responsabilidad.

2.- Gestionar la operación de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, así como plataformas de datos distribuidas requeridas por las aplicaciones, coordinando con la Gestión de Bases de Datos la configuración, mantenimiento y atención de incidentes especializados.

3.- Implementar y mantener los mecanismos de persistencia de datos en plataformas Cloud Native, incluyendo almacenamiento persistente, volúmenes, reclamaciones de almacenamiento, StorageClass y componentes de integración con la infraestructura de almacenamiento institucional.

4.- Configurar, monitorear y validar mecanismos de replicación, alta disponibilidad, recuperación ante fallos y continuidad operativa de las plataformas de datos, conforme a los requerimientos de los servicios institucionales.

5.- Ejecutar y verificar procedimientos de respaldo y restauración de información, realizando pruebas periódicas de recuperación y documentando los resultados para fortalecer la capacidad de recuperación ante incidentes.

6.- Monitorear el rendimiento, consumo de recursos, capacidad, crecimiento y disponibilidad de las plataformas de datos; identificar cuellos de botella y proponer acciones de optimización y dimensionamiento.

7.-Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes relacionados con disponibilidad, conectividad, persistencia, replicación, rendimiento y recuperación de datos, coordinando con las gestiones de Bases de Datos, Infraestructura, Redes y Plataformas de Integración.

8.- Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, inventarios, procedimientos de operación, matrices de dependencias, evidencias de respaldo y recuperación, y reportes sobre capacidad, disponibilidad y estado de los servicios de datos.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación académica requerida:

Título de tercer nivel de grado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería en Computación, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines relacionadas con bases de datos, plataformas tecnológicas y administración de servicios de datos.

💼 Experiencia mínima requerida (4 años):

1.- Experiencia en administración, operación y mantenimiento de bases de datos relacionales o no relacionales, incluyendo monitoreo, gestión de usuarios, mantenimiento y resolución de incidentes.

2.- Experiencia en plataformas de datos distribuidas, replicación, alta disponibilidad, optimización de rendimiento y planificación de capacidad.

3.- Experiencia en implementación y operación de mecanismos de respaldo, restauración, recuperación ante fallos y continuidad operativa de servicios de datos.

4.- Experiencia en persistencia de datos en entornos virtualizados o plataformas de contenedores, almacenamiento persistente, integración con aplicaciones distribuidas y elaboración de procedimientos técnicos.

  • Inglés técnico para lectura de documentación
