🧾 Principales funciones del cargo:

1. Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos de seguridad de la información sobre los activos institucionales, aplicando metodologías establecidas y formulando recomendaciones para su tratamiento.

2. Examinar la implementación, efectividad y cumplimiento de controles de seguridad de la información en activos, sistemas, aplicaciones y servicios tecnológicos, identificando brechas, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

3. Elaborar propuestas de políticas, lineamientos, procedimientos, metodologías y controles de seguridad de la información, incorporando criterios de gestión de riesgos, cumplimiento normativo, control interno, eficiencia operativa y mejora continua para fortalecer la gobernanza institucional.

4. Realizar el seguimiento de los planes de tratamiento de riesgos de seguridad de la información y de las acciones de remediación de vulnerabilidades, verificando su avance, resultados y efectividad.

5. Ejecutar actividades del Plan de Concienciación y Sensibilización de Seguridad de la Información, promoviendo la cultura de gestión de riesgos, control interno, cumplimiento normativo y protección de la información, mediante la evaluación de resultados y la implementación de acciones de mejora.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación académica requerida:

Título de tercer nivel en:

Seguridad de la Información, Tecnologías de la Información, Sistemas Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones, Redes o Ciberseguridad, Magíster en Ciberseguridad.

💼 Experiencia mínima de 4 años en:

1. Evaluación de riesgos tecnológicos y de seguridad de la información.

2. Análisis, identificación y gestión de vulnerabilidades de seguridad.

3. Elaboración de informes técnicos y planes de tratamiento de riesgos.

4. Implementación y seguimiento de controles basados en estándares internacionales de seguridad de la información.

⚙️ Conocimientos y habilidades requeridas:

SGSI; evaluación de riesgos y controles; gestión de vulnerabilidades; seguridad de aplicaciones y servicios tecnológicos; protección de información; cultura de seguridad; ingeniería social, gestión de proyectos.
