No seu dia a dia:

  • Atuar de forma analítica e operacional, na geração de insumos estratégicos para tomada de decisão na estrutura do produto de Financiamento de Veículos.
  • Monitorar diariamente indicadores de produção, funil de contratação, conversão e participação de mercado, identificando desvios e oportunidades.
  • Realizar análises detalhadas por regional, plataforma, loja e operador, apoiando o direcionamento do time comercial.
  • Construção de modelos, indicadores e ferramentas para apoio na gestão da dispersão e distribuição comercial.
  • Construção e automatização de processos recorrentes de suas atividades.
  • Garantir qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados analisados, em parceria com a área de Dados.
  • Produzir materiais analíticos e apresentações executivas, traduzindo números em insights claros e acionáveis.

Esperamos de você:

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Exatas, Engenharias, Economia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em serviços financeiros, produtos de crédito ou áreas de inteligência/planejamento comercial.
  • Excel avançado e forte domínio de análise de dados.
  • Conhecimento em SQL para consultas em bases de dados (Python é diferencial).
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau ou QuickSight).
  • Desejável conhecimento em ambientes de dados e cloud (AWS / Data Lake).
  • Perfil “mão na massa”, curioso, analítico e com capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.
  • Boa comunicação para interação constante com áreas parceiras e suporte ao coordenador da área.
