Desenvolver modelos quantitativos que expliquem a relação entre preço, conversão e demanda, apoiando a evolução das estratégias de pricing de veículos. Atuar como referência técnica na geração de evidências, hipóteses e recomendações que serão traduzidas em ações de preço pelas áreas de negócio.

Principais desafios:

  • Desenvolver, validar e evoluir modelos de elasticidade preço-demanda e conversão, considerando segmentos, produtos, canais e condições de financiamento.
  • Aplicar métodos de inferência causal e uplift modeling para estimar o efeito incremental de alterações de preço.
  • Definir o desenho estatístico de testes A/B e A/B/n, incluindo amostragem, métricas, grupos de controle e critérios de avaliação.
  • Explorar técnicas como Multi-Armed Bandits, quando adequadas ao problema e ao nível de maturidade experimental.
  • Desenvolver algoritmos e recomendações de taxa que sirvam como insumo para as análises e ações dos Business Analysts.
  • Realizar backtesting e acompanhar estabilidade, desempenho e capacidade de generalização dos modelos.
  • Trabalhar com a frente de ROA na avaliação ex-post dos resultados, sem assumir a responsabilidade pela modelagem financeira ou contábil.
  • Atuar como referência técnica e multiplicador de conhecimento em modelagem de pricing.

Quais as principais competências para a posição?

  • Formação em Estatística, Matemática Aplicada, Economia, Econometria, Engenharia, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida com modelos estatísticos, econométricos ou de Machine Learning.
  • Conhecimento de elasticidade, inferência causal, experimentação e efeitos heterogêneos de tratamento.
  • Domínio de Python ou R e SQL.
  • Conhecimento de testes de hipótese, poder estatístico, intervalos de confiança e análise de sensibilidade.
  • Rigor científico, pensamento crítico e autonomia para conduzir modelagens de ponta a ponta.
  • Capacidade de traduzir resultados técnicos em hipóteses e recomendações claras para as áreas de negócio.
  • Perfil colaborativo para atuar com Business Analysts, ROA, Engenharia de Dados, Crédito e demais stakeholders.

Desejável

  • Pós-graduação, mestrado ou doutorado em área quantitativa.
  • Experiência em Pricing, crédito, bancos, fintechs ou setores com precificação dinâmica.
  • Experiência com uplift modeling, causal forests, estimadores doubly robust ou modelos de escolha discreta.
  • Conhecimento de testes A/B/n, experimentação sequencial, Multi-Armed Bandits ou contextual bandits.
  • Familiaridade com produtos de crédito e conceitos como spread, funding, risco de crédito e ROA.
  • Experiência com versionamento, ambientes em nuvem e modelos analíticos em produção.

Modelo de atuação: Híbrido (4 dias presenciais no escritório e 1 dia home office) - Avenida Paulista.
