Principais desafios:

  • Responsável em consolidar a análise do resultado financeiro e traduzir em apresentações executivas para a liderança do banco
  • Acompanhar atingimento do budget, projeção de forecast e comparativo de KPIs em relação aos principais peers do mercado
  • Estruturar e apresentar os KPIs dos Objetivos Estratégicos do Banco para a alta liderança, conectando a performance financeira à agenda estratégica
  • Conduzir análises de Peers e Inteligência de Mercado, mapeando benchmarks competitivos e tendências do setor financeiro para subsidiar decisões da gestão.
  • Buscar informações de mercado para complementar análises de concorrência, considerando que nem todos os bancos divulgam a consolidação de seus resultados.

Quais as principais competências para a posição?

  • Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Economia, Ciências Atuariais, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou Estatística.
  • Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro ou em consultorias estratégicas nas áreas de Finanças e Contabilidade.
  • Conhecimento sólido em DRE Gerencial, FP&A, Unit Economics e Finanças Corporativas.
  • Domínio avançado de Excel e PowerPoint, incluindo modelagem financeira e elaboração de apresentações executivas.
  • Capacidade analítica apurada, visão sistêmica e habilidade para transitar entre diferentes áreas (Finanças, Produtos, Crédito, RI etc.).
  • Experiência prática com aplicações de IA para automação de rotinas analíticas e geração de insights.
  • Inglês avançado.

Modelo de atuação: Híbrido (4 dias presenciais no escritório e 1 dia de home office)
