Procuramos um(a) Analista de Design Pleno para criar e desdobrar peças visuais das campanhas e materiais do Bari, no digital e no offline. A pessoa vai trabalhar junto com o time de marketing para manter a identidade visual consistente em todos os pontos de contato com nossos clientes.

Como Analista de Design suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Desenvolver layouts originais para diferentes plataformas, como web, mobile e redes sociais.
  • Criar materiais gráficos para o offline, como impressos e apresentações.
  • Criar e desdobrar anúncios em formatos variados no Figma.
  • Garantir a aplicação correta da identidade visual e das diretrizes de marca do Banco Bari.

🧩 O que buscamos em você:

  • Formação: cursando ou formado(a) em Design Gráfico, Design Digital, Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: mínimo de 3 anos na área, com experiência sólida na criação e no desdobramento de peças para os ambientes digital e offline.
  • Figma: domínio do Figma, incluindo os recursos Buzz e Motion.
  • Adobe: domínio avançado da Suíte Adobe, principalmente Photoshop e Illustrator.
  • Habilidades comportamentais: criatividade, proatividade, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em empresas do mercado financeiro ou bancário.
  • Conhecimento em produção de peças gráficas em massa para anúncios.
