A posição faz parte da área de Marketing e será responsável pela frente de Parceiros Correspondentes, nosso canal B2B. O objetivo é estruturar e ampliar o relacionamento com os parceiros, da comunicação à experiência, com ações de marketing, eventos, visitas e acompanhamento de indicadores de qualidade e satisfação.

Principais desafios:

  • Estruturar a comunicação e o relacionamento com os parceiros correspondentes;
  • Construir canais B2B de aquisição e de engajamento de parceiros;
  • Acompanhar a satisfação e a qualidade dos parceiros (NPS e Score Quality) e criar planos de ação a partir desses indicadores.

🎯 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Desenvolver materiais ricos para parceiros: apresentações, guias, e-books e materiais de apoio comercial.
  • Planejar e executar eventos, do orçamento à pós-ação.
  • Fazer a gestão de brindes: definição, fornecedores, estoque e distribuição.
  • Planejar e participar de visitas estratégicas a parceiros.
  • Construir jornadas de nutrição e comunicação para os parceiros.
  • Fazer análises de concorrentes e de mercado.
  • Acompanhar NPS e Score Quality e apresentar os resultados para a liderança.
  • Apoiar a estruturação de processos de backoffice da frente de parceiros.

🧩 O que buscamos em você:

  • Experiência em marketing B2B, preferencialmente com canais de parceiros, revendas ou correspondentes;
  • Experiência com produção de materiais, eventos e gestão de fornecedores;
  • Experiência com indicadores de satisfação e qualidade, como NPS;
  • Capacidade de conduzir projetos do planejamento à entrega, apresentando resultados para a liderança;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
