A área de Customer Success tem como propósito assegurar que os clientes alcancem os resultados esperados com os produtos e serviços do banco, fortalecendo uma relação de confiança, proximidade e parceria. Atuamos de forma consultiva, acompanhando toda a jornada do cliente — desde o protocolo até o registro e a finalização do contrato.

🚀 Como Analista de Operações Jr você vai fazer a diferença em:

  • Atuar como ponto de contato consultivo do cliente, assegurando uma experiência positiva em toda a jornada;
  • Acompanhar integralmente o processo, desde o protocolo até o registro e a finalização do contrato;
  • Identificar necessidades e propor soluções adequadas, alinhadas às expectativas do cliente e às políticas do banco;
  • Monitorar prazos e etapas, mantendo comunicação clara, objetiva e proativa com todas as partes envolvidas;
  • Estabelecer e fortalecer relacionamentos baseados em confiança, transparência e parceria;
  • Interagir com áreas internas para garantir a qualidade e a conformidade dos processos;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua da jornada do cliente, sugerindo ajustes e iniciativas que ampliem a satisfação e os resultados.

🎯 O que buscamos em você:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Comunicação, ou áreas correlatas (cursando ou concluído);
  • Experiência prévia em Customer Success, Atendimento, Relacionamento ou Pós-Venda será diferencial;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, empatia e foco em soluções;
  • Capacidade analítica para acompanhar indicadores e métricas de clientes;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e gestão de relacionamento será considerado um diferencial.
