  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Kreation, Strategie und weiteren Fachbereichen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Du übersetzt komplexe, erklärungsbedürftige B2B-Themen in klare Kommunikationsaufgaben und bringst Projekte gemeinsam mit dem Team erfolgreich auf die Straße
  • Du führst deine Etats mit Verantwortung, Weitblick und einem guten Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Digitale Projekte gehören auch dazu – sie sind aber nur ein Teil eines integrierten Kommunikationsmixes

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Account Management einer Agentur ist für uns ein Muss.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der B2B-Kommunikation, idealerweise mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder Leistungen
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz und ein gutes Gespür für Kunden, Marken und Kommunikationsaufgaben
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung unterschiedlichster Kommunikationsprojekte
  • Sicherheit in Kalkulation, Budgetführung und Projektorganisation
  • Präsentationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten – auch auf Englisch
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Teamgeist
  • Ein gutes Händchen für Kunden und ein echtes Verständnis für kreative Prozesse
  • Du hast Lust auf Agenturleben, Tempo, Abwechslung und den engen Austausch in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Kurz gesagt: Du bist ein Agenturmensch und fühlst dich in der Welt von Kommunikation, Beratung und Umsetzung zuhause
