  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen zugeordneten Kundenstamm im B2B-Streckengeschäft und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen gezielt weiter.
  • Du erkennst Bedarfe, identifizierst Potenziale und platzierst passende Produkt- und Serviceangebote.
  • Auch die Ansprache neuer Kunden in definierten Zielsegmenten gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich – von der Lead-Qualifizierung bis zum Abschluss.
  • Cross- und Upselling-Chancen hast du im Blick und entwickelst daraus konkrete vertriebliche Maßnahmen.
  • Angebote und Kalkulationen erstellst du eigenständig und begleitest Aufträge bis zur Übergabe in die operative Umsetzung.
  • Im Austausch mit Einkauf, Produktmanagement, Creative und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgst du dafür, dass aus Anforderungen gute Kundenlösungen werden.
  • Deine Aktivitäten, Kundenkontakte und Angebote dokumentierst du strukturiert und zuverlässig im CRM-/ERP-System.
  • Darüber hinaus bringst du deine Erfahrung, Ideen und Impulse aktiv ins Vertriebsteam ein.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Account Management oder in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Betreuung von Bestandskunden sowie in der Bearbeitung von Vertriebschancen
  • Sicherheit in der telefonischen und persönlichen Kundenansprache
  • Routine in der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Gespür für Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale sowie Freude daran, Kundenbeziehungen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit mehreren Themen parallel
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-/ERP-Systemen
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Vertriebserfolge aktiv mitzugestalten
