  • Planung, Steuerung und Verantwortung digitaler Kundenprojekte von der ersten Anforderung bis zum Launch und in der Weiterentwicklung.
  • Koordination interner Teams aus Beratung, Kreation, Konzeption und Entwicklung sowie externer Partner:innen.
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Kund:innen: Abstimmungen führen, Anforderungen klären und diese in verständliche Aufgaben für das Projektteam übersetzen.
  • Timings, Budgets, Kapazitäten und Projektziele im Blick behalten und rechtzeitig nachsteuern.
  • Projektpläne, Briefings, Status-Updates und Entscheidungsgrundlagen erstellen.
  • Technische und kreative Prozesse begleiten, etwa bei Website-Relaunches, digitalen Plattformen, CRM-Projekten oder Kampagnen.
  • Potenziale im laufenden Projekt erkennen und gemeinsam mit Kund:innen und Team weiterentwickeln.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Medien, Digital Business, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – jeweils mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement, auf Agentur- oder Beratungsseite.
  • Praxis in der Steuerung von Websites, Plattformen, CRM-Maßnahmen oder digitalen Kampagnen.
  • Einen souveränen Umgang mit Budgets sowie ein gutes Gespür für Ressourcen, Prioritäten und realistische Timings.
  • Du kannst komplexe Projekte strukturieren, kommunizierst verbindlich und führst Teams sowie Kund:innen sicher zu Entscheidungen.
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Projektmanagement- und Kollaborationstools
  • Verständnis für digitale Prozesse, Content-Management-Systeme und die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams. Eigene Programmierkenntnisse sind keine Voraussetzung; ein gutes technisches Verständnis schon.
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Datenschutz bei digitalen Projekten. Bei Themen wie Tracking, Formularen, CRM oder Nutzerdaten weißt du, wann Datenschutzexpert:innen eingebunden werden müssen.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Englisch für den Arbeitsalltag.
