Zorg jij ervoor dat ieder contractdossier compleet, correct en actueel is? Werk je nauwkeurig, houd je van structuur en rond je je werk graag zorgvuldig af? Dan zoeken we jou!

Bij BAS Truck Center, officieel dealer van Volvo en Renault Trucks, houd jij de contractadministratie op orde. Ontbreekt er informatie, wijkt een kilometerstand af of loopt een contract af? Dan zet jij de juiste vervolgactie uit. Je werkt binnen Business Support en ondersteunt onze accountmanagers en servicevestigingen. Technische of commerciële kennis is niet nodig. Zorgvuldigheid en overzicht wel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Contractdossiers aanmaken, aanvullen en controleren op volledigheid;
  • Contractaanvragen, wijzigingen, standaardoffertes en mutaties verwerken in onze systemen;
  • Looptijden, kilometrages en onderhoudsafspraken bewaken;
  • Afwijkende gegevens signaleren, en contracten die aflopen of herrekend moeten worden;
  • Informatie voorbereiden voor collega’s, ook buiten de afdeling, en administratieve vragen beantwoorden;
  • Complexe contractvragen doorzetten naar de juiste collega;
  • Zorgen voor een overzichtelijke en betrouwbare contractportefeuille.

Servicecontracten bevatten afspraken over onderhoud, reparaties, kosten en voertuiggebruik. Kloppen de gegevens niet, dan merken klanten en werkplaatsen dat direct. Jij zorgt dat iedereen met betrouwbare informatie werkt.
