Como Analista de Pré-Vendas (BDR), você será responsável por abrir novas oportunidades comerciais, atuando diretamente na prospecção e qualificação de leads para o time de vendas. Seu sucesso será medido pela geração de leads qualificados, agendamentos com os closers e contribuição para o crescimento do pipeline.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa de leads (cold calls, e-mails, redes sociais).
  • Qualificar potenciais clientes com base nos critérios ideais da Base.
  • Marcar reuniões qualificadas para o time de vendas (closers).
  • Participar ativamente de eventos e feiras do setor, ajudando na qualificação das listas de leads geradas por esses encontros.
  • Atualizar informações no CRM e manter o pipeline organizado.
  • Colaborar com o time de vendas para desenvolver estratégias de abordagem.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência anterior com prospecção ativa ou funções comerciais é um diferencial.
  • Familiaridade com o mercado de varejo online ou SaaS é desejável.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, resiliência e capacidade de lidar com alto volume de interações.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (HubSpot), análise de dados (Excel/Google Sheets em nível avançado) e elaboração de apresentações executivas.
  • Ter trabalhado em empresa SaaS, e-commerce ou de tecnologia é um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial 3x por semana em Curitiba – PR.
