Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Pré-Vendas Júnior/Pleno – Setor Público para atuar em São Paulo/SP, apoiando o time comercial na construção de soluções técnicas de infraestrutura de TI para órgãos públicos, autarquias, empresas estatais e demais instituições governamentais.

Esse profissional irá apoiar a análise de editais, termos de referência e RFPs, contribuindo na elaboração de propostas técnicas, levantamento de informações, organização de documentações e interação com áreas internas, fabricantes e parceiros.

A posição é ideal para profissionais que já possuem vivência técnica em infraestrutura de TI e desejam se desenvolver na área de pré-vendas, atuando em conjunto com equipes Comercial, Técnica e de Licitações.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar na construção de soluções técnicas de infraestrutura de TI voltadas ao setor público, seguindo os requisitos dos editais, termos de referência e necessidades dos clientes.
  • Auxiliar o time comercial público em reuniões com clientes, fabricantes e parceiros, contribuindo no levantamento de informações e entendimento dos cenários técnicos.
  • Apoiar a análise de editais, RFPs, termos de referência e documentações técnicas, identificando requisitos, pontos de atenção e informações necessárias para composição das respostas.
  • Contribuir na elaboração de propostas técnicas, memoriais descritivos, planilhas de apoio, apresentações e documentações técnicas.
  • Apoiar a organização de documentos técnicos necessários para processos licitatórios, garantindo qualidade, padronização e aderência às solicitações.
  • Interagir com fabricantes, distribuidores e parceiros para coleta de informações técnicas, validação de soluções, dimensionamentos e cotações.
  • Apoiar na especificação de soluções envolvendo infraestrutura de TI, como storage, backup, virtualização, redes, servidores, segurança, ambientes on-premises, híbridos e cloud.
  • Contribuir com o alinhamento entre escopo técnico, requisitos do edital e proposta comercial.
  • Manter atualizados modelos de propostas, apresentações, documentações de apoio e informações técnicas da área.
  • Acompanhar novas tecnologias, soluções de fabricantes e tendências do mercado de infraestrutura de TI.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência inicial ou intermediária em infraestrutura de TI, suporte técnico, projetos, pré-vendas, operações ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimentos em infraestrutura de TI, incluindo servidores, redes, storage, backup, virtualização, cloud ou segurança.
  • Vivência ou interesse em atuar com propostas técnicas, documentação técnica e apoio a processos comerciais.
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com setor público, editais, termos de referência ou processos licitatórios será considerado diferencial.
  • Boa comunicação para interação com clientes, áreas internas, fabricantes e parceiros.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com vontade de aprender.
  • Capacidade de interpretar requisitos técnicos e apoiar na construção de soluções aderentes.
  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês técnico ou intermediário será considerado diferencial.

  • Certificações técnicas de fabricantes ou cursos na área de infraestrutura de TI.
