Sobre a vaga

Responsável por analisar a lucratividade, controlar e comparar custos orçados x realizados, investigar desvios e propor melhorias. Atuará de forma integrada com diversas áreas e estratégica no suporte às operações industriais e de Controladoria, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações de custos, estoques, despesas, margens e rentabilidade nas empresas do Grupo. Será responsável pela análise e acompanhamento dos custos de produção, elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, suporte ao fechamento mensal, com participação ativa nos processos de orçamento, forecast e controle financeiro de projetos.

Atividades

  • Analisar a lucratividade de projetos de irrigação, considerando custos diretos e indiretos, impostos, margens e retorno financeiro;
  • Realizar comparativos entre valores orçados e realizados, apontando causas dos desvios e propondo ações corretivas;
  • Realizar análises de formação de taxas, custos padrão e médios, rateios e custos por absorção;
  • Acompanhar alterações de projetos e produção, monitorando os custos de estoque e custos mensais da fábrica;
  • Verificar e analisar discrepâncias entre o inventário físico e o registrado no sistema, realizando ajustes e buscando identificar e corrigir erros;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de controladoria, projetos, engenharia e comercial, facilitando a comunicação entre elas e promovendo decisões assertivas;
  • Desenvolver e manter relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e indicadores de performance financeira por projeto;
  • Avaliar a viabilidade econômico-financeira de novos projetos, simulações de margem e projeções de resultados;
  • Apoiar a melhoria contínua de processos de controle de custos e orçamentos;
  • Apoiar a elaboração do orçamento anual (Budget) e revisões periódicas (Forecast) das empresas do grupo;
  • Realizar fechamento mensal de custos, incluindo absorção de custos diretos e indiretos, rateios e provisões;
  • Controlar e monitorar custos de matérias-primas, mão de obra direta, despesas gerais de fabricação e custos logísticos;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e relatórios relacionados à área de custos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Contabilidade ou correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida na área de Custos, Controladoria Industrial ou Finanças;
  • Conhecimento em custeio por absorção, custeio variável, custo padrão e análise de rentabilidade.
