Automatiktekniker til vaccineproduktion

Har du erfaring med automatiserede produktionsanlæg, pakkemaskiner samt SCADA- og HMI-systemer?

Har du lyst til at blive en del af et stærkt teknisk team og arbejde på en nybygget, højteknologisk vaccinefabrik med avanceret udstyr inden for sterilisation, fyldning, inspektion og pakning?

Så søger vi en engageret automatiktekniker, der trives med fejlfinding, vedligehold og optimering af automatiserede produktionslinjer. Du får teknisk ansvar for pakkelinjer, inspektionsudstyr og tilhørende styrings- og overvågningssystemer og er med til at understøtte en stabil produktion.

Arbejdstider Stillingen er fordelt på to skift: Daghold: Mandag-fredag kl. 06.00-13.54 Aftenhold: Mandag-torsdag kl. 13.30-22.30

Der må forventes fleksibilitet, da overarbejde og tilkaldevagter kan forekomme efter behov.

Om afdelingen - Drug Product – Teknisk Support Afdeling (DP-TS) Vi er et team på 38 ingeniører, maskinmestre og teknikere med ansvar for alt produktionsudstyr til fremstilling af færdigvarer. Vi arbejder med primært med vedligehold, fejlsøgning og overvågning på tværs af fagområder for at sikre en effektiv produktion.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Udføre forebyggende og korrigerende vedligehold på automatiserede produktionsanlæg
  • Fejlsøge og optimere på pakkemaskiner, transportanlæg og inspektionsudstyr
  • Supportere produktionen ved driftsforstyrrelser og tekniske udfordringer
  • Oprette, udføre og afrapportere arbejdsordrer i vedligeholdelsessystemet
  • Arbejde med SCADA- og HMI-systemer i forbindelse med overvågning, fejlsøgning og optimering af anlæg

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med de ansvarlige teknikere og udstyrsejere for at sikre høj oppetid, stabile processer og løbende forbedringer.

Er du vores næste kollega?

  • Du er uddannet automatiktekniker, industrielektriker eller har en tilsvarende teknisk baggrund
  • Du har erfaring fra produktionsvirksomheder med automatiserede anlæg, gerne fra pharma-, fødevare- eller procesindustrien
  • Du har praktisk erfaring med pakkemaskiner og automatiserede produktionslinjer
  • Du har erfaring med SCADA- og HMI-systemer samt fejlfinding på PLC-styrede anlæg
  • Du har erfaring med udførelse og dokumentation af vedligeholdelsesaktiviteter i henhold til GMP-krav
  • Du trives med at samarbejde på tværs af organisationen og kan omsætte tekniske problemstillinger til praktiske løsninger

Løn Årligt grundlønsinterval (brutto): DKK 514.800–568.800.
