Deine Aufgaben

Als Team Lead Accounting & Closing (m/w/d) bist du das Rückgrat unserer Finanzorganisation. Du verwaltest nicht nur Zahlen, sondern leitest ein starkes Team und stellst sicher, dass unsere Bilanzqualität höchsten internationalen Standards entspricht.

  • Team-Leadership: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams (Hauptbuchhaltung & Kreditoren). Du bist Mentor, Motivator und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung aktiv voran.
  • Abschlusssicherheit & Reporting: Du verantwortest die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und HGB. Dabei steuerst du das Konzernreporting an unsere Muttergesellschaft und garantierst Termintreue sowie höchste Datenqualität.
  • Prozessarchitektur: Du gibst dich nicht mit dem Status Quo zufrieden. Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse und Tools und begleitest die Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems (idealerweise JD Edwards).
  • Fachliche Instanz: Bei komplexen bilanziellen oder steuerlichen Fragestellungen bist du gefragt. Du erstellst Richtlinien, führst Soll/Ist-Analysen durch und sicherst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du bist der souveräne Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Betriebsprüfer. Intern agierst du als Sparringspartner für abteilungsübergreifende Finance-Projekte.
  • Governance: Die Prüfung und Freigabe von Zahlläufen sowie die Implementierung neuer buchhalterischer Sachverhalte liegen in deiner Hand.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindset: Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit sicherem Auftreten. Du vereinst analytisches Denkvermögen mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität und besitzt das nötige Führungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium sowie eine fundierte Ausbildung im Rechnungswesen.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition.
  • Fachwissen: Du bist abschlusssicher in IFRS und HGB und bringst Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht mit.
  • Systeme & Sprachen: Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office. Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Extra: Kenntnisse in JD Edwards oder Französischkenntnisse sind ein willkommenes Plus, aber kein Ausschlusskriterium.
