Deine Aufgaben

Du jonglierst geschickt zwischen gesetzlichen Richtlinien, effizienter Gebäudetechnik und deinem Budget, während du unsere Hotelmanager vor Ort als kompetenter Partner unterstützt. Bei uns verbindest du technisches Know-how mit kaufmännischem Verstand und sorgst dafür, dass unsere hohen Standards nicht nur gehalten, sondern stetig optimiert werden.

  • Du besuchst regelmäßig deine Hotels, weist neue Hotelmanager in die Technik ein und bist der direkte Draht für alle technischen Fragen
  • Du steuerst externe Partner, schließt Rahmenverträge ab und erweiterst stetig unser Netzwerk an zuverlässigen Dienstleistern
  • Von der Wartung bis zur Instandsetzung koordinierst und dokumentierst du alle Maßnahmen und behältst dabei die Gewährleistungsfristen fest im Blick
  • Du bearbeitest Störmeldungen nach Priorität und integrierst neue oder frisch renovierte Hotels nahtlos in unser bestehendes Portfolio
  • Du pflegst Revisionsunterlagen gewissenhaft und bringst deine Expertise in spannende Sonderprojekte ein

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Facility Management, technisches Gebäudemanagement oder Bauingenieurwesen abgeschlossen – alternativ bist du erfahrene/r Techniker/in
  • Du blickst auf mehrjährige Erfahrung im Property oder Facility Management zurück und bewegst dich sicher zwischen technischem Verständnis und kaufmännischem Handeln
  • Da du viel in deinen Hotels unterwegs sein wirst, bringst du die nötige Reisebereitschaft und einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit, einen Dienstwagen inkl. privater Nutzung stellen wir dir zur Verfügung
  • Persönlich punktest du durch Zuverlässigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und echte Teamorientierung
