ATEA es un restaurante gastronómico ubicado en el interior de Convent Garden, en pleno centro de San Sebastián. Nuestra propuesta se basa en una cocina creativa que fusiona técnicas internacionales con producto local, ofreciendo una experiencia gastronómica cuidada, cercana y memorable. Creemos que una gran experiencia no termina en la cocina. La sala es quien da vida al menú, interpreta cada plato y consigue que cada cliente se sienta único. Por ello buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Sala que lidere el servicio con pasión, profesionalidad y vocación por la excelencia. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Serás la persona responsable de dirigir el servicio de sala, garantizando que cada cliente viva una experiencia excepcional desde que cruza la puerta hasta que finaliza su visita. Liderarás al equipo de sala, coordinarás el servicio junto con cocina y velarás por mantener los estándares de calidad que definen la experiencia ATEA. Responsabilidades: -Liderazgo del equipo - Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de sala durante cada servicio. - Organizar funciones y responsabilidades del personal. - Formar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo. - Favorecer un ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo. - Detectar necesidades de formación y mejora continua. Experiencia del cliente: - Recibir y despedir a los clientes con cercanía y profesionalidad. - Garantizar un servicio elegante, fluido y personalizado. - Presentar los menús degustación, explicar platos, elaboraciones y filosofía del restaurante. - Recomendar vinos, bebidas y maridajes. - Resolver incidencias con rapidez, empatía y autonomía. - Anticiparse a las necesidades del cliente. Organización del servicio: - Planificar la mise en place antes de cada servicio. - Supervisar el correcto montaje de la sala. - Gestionar reservas y organización de mesas. - Coordinar los tiempos del servicio con cocina. - Controlar el ritmo de salida de los pases. - Supervisar cierres de caja y cierre del servicio. Gestión: - Controlar pedidos y stock de sala. - Supervisar el correcto estado del material, cristalería y vajilla. - Proponer mejoras en procesos y organización. - Participar en el desarrollo de nuevas experiencias gastronómicas y eventos. - Colaborar con la dirección en la consecución de objetivos de calidad y rentabilidad. Requisitos Buscamos una persona que... - Sienta verdadera pasión por la hostelería y la gastronomía. - Disfrute liderando equipos desde el ejemplo. - Cuide cada detalle del servicio. - Sea resolutiva, organizada y proactiva. - Tenga una actitud positiva y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. - Entienda que la excelencia está en los pequeños detalles. - Sea capaz de transmitir la filosofía de ATEA a cada cliente. Requisitos: - Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Jefe/a o Segundo/a Jefe/a de Sala en restaurantes gastronómicos - Experiencia gestionando equipos. - Conocimiento de protocolo y servicio de sala. - Conocimientos de vino y nociones de maridaje (muy valorable formación como sumiller). - Nivel alto de inglés imprescindible para atender clientela internacional. Se valorarán otros idiomas. - Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y toma de decisiones. - Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos. Valoraremos especialmente: - Formación en Hostelería, Turismo o Restauración. - Experiencia en restaurantes con menú degustación. - Conocimiento de gastronomía vasca y producto local. - Interés por el vino, la coctelería y la hospitalidad contemporánea. - Experiencia formando equipos.
