La Direction générale des opérations et de la stabilité financière (DGSO) est en charge de la stabilité financière, de la mise en œuvre décentralisée en France de la politique monétaire de l'Eurosystème, de la gestion des réserves de change de la France et des activités de marché et de tenue de compte pour le compte de la clientèle institutionnelle de la Banque.

Au sein du Pôle Data de la Direction de la Stabilité Financière (DSF), vous prendrez part à des travaux d'analyses et des projets de recherche sur des thèmes d'actualité liés à la stabilité financière, sollicitant intensément des bases de données de haute volumétrie, ainsi que des outils statistiques et de visualisation. Ces travaux et projets seront menés en liaison avec les unités de la direction et, au delà, du Pôle de Stabilité Financière (PSF) qui inclut aussi la Direction des Affaires Internationales et la Direction d’Etude et d’Analyse des Risques du SGACPR, ainsi que le Centre de Modélisations Analytiques.

Pour contribuer aux missions de surveillance du Pôle de Stabilité Financière, vos principales missions seront:

  • Contribuer à l' analyse des développements récents dans des bases de données de haute volumétrie, à l' aide d' outils R, Python, SQL ou d' Intelligence Artificielle, en coopération avec les économistes de la DSF
  • Automatiser la recherche de données dans des sources externes au moyen d' API
  • Participer à des études sur la qualité des données utilisées pour l’analyse de la stabilité financière, et mettre en place des processus permettant d’ améliorer la qualité des chiffres

Formation recherchée

  • Etudiant en cours de formation de type Master, avec une orientation data science, finance, ou économie

Compétences

  • Aisance en programmation sur les outils informatiques et statistiques les plus courants (en particulier R ou Python) et intérêt pour l’ intelligence artificielle
  • Une bonne connaissance des instruments financiers de marchés serait un atout
  • Langue Anglaise - Test linguistique : B2
