Au sein de la Direction des Entreprises et sous la supervision du conseiller technique, vous participerez aux travaux d'étude visant à développer des indicateurs et statistiques robustes pour mesurer la performance et l'efficacité de l'accompagnement des entreprises en difficulté financière par la Banque de France.

Vous mobiliserez en particulier les données relatives aux saisines des correspondants TPE-PME de la Banque de France par les entreprises en difficulté, ainsi que d'autres sources disponibles, telles que les probabilités de défaut des entreprises, déclarées par les banques et centralisées dans la base AnaCredit de l'Eurosystème, ou les données comptables, financières ou sectorielles disponibles dans la base FIBEN.

Vous reprendrez la maintenance évolutive des outils et de la méthodologie déjà développés pour identifier et classer les entreprises en difficulté financière selon certains profils-type de risque.

Vous poursuivrez et compléterez ces travaux selon plusieurs axes :

  • Étudier et évaluer l’efficacité d’un accompagnement mieux ciblé des entreprises en fonction de leur degré de difficulté financière ;
  • Utiliser les catégories de risques identifiées comme base de calibrage et d’apprentissage pour construire des outils de détection précoce extrapolés à la population générale des entreprises en difficulté ne faisant pas l’objet d’un accompagnement ;
  • Analyser et caractériser de manière robuste les entreprises en difficulté financière et non accompagnées ainsi détectées, notamment en contrôlant le biais de sélection avec les profils types des entreprises déjà accompagnées par la BDF ;
  • Réaliser des études d’impact en objectivant les externalités positives potentielles d’une stratégie d’accompagnement plus proactive des entreprises en difficulté détectées précocement.

Étudiants en année de césure, stages d’application ou de fin d’étude disponibles 6 mois.

Formation recherchée :

École d'ingénieur (y compris généraliste) ou Master : (i) filière économie / finance, (ii) filière ingénieur avec une option en économie / finance, (iii) filière statistiques / mathématiques appliquées avec une option en économie / finance.

Compétences :

Économie / Statistiques / Économétrie / Data science (IA/ML), maîtrise du langage informatique Python, et capacité avec SAS. Connaissance des algorithmes de clustering (IA/ML).

Qualités :

Goût pour l'analyse financière, l'économie, l'économétrie, la recherche appliquée et les questions relatives à la santé financière des entreprises.
