Vous souhaitez vous investir dans une mission de service public, ce poste vous permettra de vous impliquer dans l'application et la mise en œuvre de la loi relative à la prévention et au règlement des difficultés liées au surendettement. Vous serez affecté à la succursale départementale de Caen.

Le service des particuliers de Caen est composé de 18 agents dont 1 maitrise et 2 cadres et assure ; - le traitement de 3200 dossiers de surendettement pour la zone de regroupement Normandie Ouest (Alençon, Caen, Saint-Lô); - l'ensemble des opérations avec les usagers de la sphère financière (Infobanque, droit au compte, accès aux fichiers et accueil téléphonique); - l'accueil des usagers sur les Bureaux d'Accueil de Lisieux et de Cherbourg; - les actions d'éducation financière des publics des piliers 1, 2 et 3 (travailleurs sociaux, Éducation Nationale, ...).

GESTION DE DOSSIERS DE SURENDETTEMENT

  • Traiter l’instruction préalable du dossier de surendettement pour présentation à la Commission
  • Établir l’état détaillé des dettes
  • Élaborer et valider les mesures imposées et/ou le plan conventionnel
  • Accompagner les usagers et les créanciers sur les dossiers de surendettement
  • Contribuer aux travaux liés à la tenue de la Commission de surendettement
  • Remonter les dysfonctionnements détectés

RELATION AVEC LE PUBLIC

  • Possibilité de participer aux actions d’éducation budgétaire, financière et économique des publics (animation de formations)
