Votre futur poste

Au sein de la Direction des risques et de la conformité des opérations (DRCO), le service de sécurité financière et de coordination de la conformité (SFCC) pilote le dispositif LCB-FT de l'ensemble de la Banque de France. Il définit les politiques, principes et procédures applicables en matière de conformité au sein de la Direction générale de la stabilité financières et des opérations (DGSO) et en coordonne la mise en œuvre. Le SFCC est organisé autour de deux pôles : le pôle de Sécurité Financière et le pôle de Coordination de la Conformité. La présente offre vise à renforcer le PSF.

Le PSF est chargé de la surveillance de 2ème niveau des opérations en coopération avec la DSB et la DMA, effectue les déclarations de soupçons à TRACFIN et assure le secrétariat du Comité de Conformité LCB-FT. Enfin, il participe au déploiement du dispositif de sensibilisation et de formation à la LCB-FT de la Banque de France.

Vos activités

- Mettre en œuvre le cadre réglementaire international et européen en matière de LCB FT (notamment recommandations du GAFI et de l'ACPR),

- Analyser les alertes remontées par les services opérationnels et s'assurer de la correcte mise en œuvre des sanctions financières internationales,

- Réaliser des examens renforcés des opérations atypiques et rédiger des déclarations de soupçon à destination de la CRF,

- Procéder à la revue des relations d'affaires des clients de la Banque de France,

- Réaliser des analyses de risques, produire des études et contribuer aux projets d'évolution du dispositif,

- Participer au suivi et à l'évolution des applicatifs du dispositif de LCB-FT,

- Contribuer à l’évolution continue des process du service, en vue d’un contrôle plus efficace et en s’appuyant sur des approches innovantes,
