Baymak, iş stratejisine katkıda bulunacak dinamik ve yüksek motivasyonlu Bölge Satış Sorumlusu / İzmir aramaktadır.

İş Tanımı

  • Bölgedeki bayi ve diğer satış kanallarının yapılanmasını takip etmek, satış hedeflerinin artırılmasını sağlamak,
  • Mevcut bayi ağını yönetmek ve geliştirmek,
  • Belirlenen hedefler ve satış planları doğrultusunda günlük bayi ziyaretlerini gerçekleştirmek,
  • Bayi yapılandırma hedefleri doğrultusunda yeni bayi adaylarını belirlemek, ön görüşmeleri ve bayilik anlaşmalarını yürütmek,
  • Sadakat programı kapsamında satış ve ilgili verileri takip etmek, analiz etmek,
  • Bölgedeki pazarlama faaliyetleri ve kampanyaları yürütmek,
  • Satış operasyonlarına ilişkin prosedür ve talimatların uygulanmasını sağlamak,
  • Pazar ve bayilik yapısındaki değişimler ile ekonomik gelişmelerin pazara etkisini araştırarak raporlamak.

Genel Nitelikler

  • Üniversitelerin ilgili lisans bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Satış alanında en az 3 yıl deneyimli,
  • Güçlü iletişim ve ilişki yönetimi becerilerine sahip,
  • Analitik düşünebilen ve verilerle çalışmak deneyimi olan,
  • Seyahat engeli olmayan,
  • İzmir’de ikamet eden veya edebilecek,
  • Aktif olarak araç kullanabilen (B sınıfı ehliyet).
