The posting

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Kundenservice suchen wir, im Rahmen einer Nachbesetzung, am Standort Rastede zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Servicecontroller (*).

Du schaffst Transparenz durch die Analyse, Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung relevanter Servicedaten und unterstützt Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende mit fundierten Kennzahlen und Auswertungen. So trägst du maßgeblich zur datenbasierten Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenservice bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das operative Controlling und Reporting im Kundenservice sowie Analyse relevanter Service-, Leistungs- und HR-Kennzahlen
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Ad-hoc-Reports sowie Forecasts zur Steuerung der Serviceleistungen
  • Aktive KPI- und Budgetkontrolle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften des Kundenservice
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Business-Intelligence-Lösungen sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in den relevanten Systemen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Serviceprozessen und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzen, Vertrieb, IT und Kundenservice sowie Vertretung der Kundenservice-Interessen in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Mitarbeit im BDH-Arbeitskreis Aftersales, einschließlich der Aufbereitung und Meldung relevanter Kennzahlen, Teilnahme an Workshops sowie des Austauschs zu Best Practices und Branchenstandards
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne Stakeholder und das Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Kundenservice, insbesondere im Bereich Aftersales und CRM, sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung daraus abgeleiteter Maßnahmen und Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit Masterabschluss
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Vertriebs-, Service- oder Vertriebscontrolling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und BI-Tools, insbesondere Power BI und Zebra BI
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken und SQL
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie von Steuerungs- und Reportingprozessen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an datengetriebenen Analysen, Kennzahlen und digitalen Lösungen
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Fachbereichen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
