The posting

Nous recherchons pour notre Direction Régionale des Services IDF Nord Normandie, un Manager de Secteur.

En tant que Manager de Secteur, vous gérez et animez une équipe de techniciens SAV pour assurer une qualité de service optimale aux clients. Vos missions sont :

Management de l’équipe

  • Gérer et animer une équipe de techniciens
  • Participer au recrutement des nouveaux techniciens et assurer leur intégration
  • Animer les réunions de secteur
  • Audit de la qualité du travail des techniciens (RIT’élite, tournées accompagnées…)
  • Définir si nécessaire les besoins individuels de formation
  • Aider les assistants commerciaux dans leur relation avec les techniciens

Suivi de la qualité de service

  • Suivi des indicateurs opérationnels de son équipe (activité, vente, qualité des rapport…)
  • Assurer la transmission et la compréhension des informations techniques
  • S’assurer du respect des règles d’hygiène et sécurité (port des EPI, conformité des installations)
  • Rechercher les informations techniques nécessaires auprès des marques

Suivi administratif

  • Réaliser les devis complexes
  • Traiter les réclamations et gérer les interventions nécessaires à leur résolution
  • Apporter une réponse adéquate aux réclamations clients
  • Assurer la remontée des tableaux de bord des techniciens (reporting)

Suivi des techniciens

  • Contrôler sur site la qualité des interventions et faire progresser son équipe
  • Contrôler l’équipement des techniciens et leur utilisation (instruments de mesure, EPI, véhicule…)
  • Faire respecter aux techniciens les règles techniques, commerciales et comportementales de l’entreprise et les informer des nouveaux process
  • Réaliser les inventaires

Interface avec les marques

  • Remonter les problèmes récurrents liés aux produits (qualité…)
  • Assurer la relation avec les marques sur les dossiers délicats
  • Gérer la garantie en relation avec l’Assistance Technique

Relations / activités commerciales

  • Assurer la relation courante avec les professionnels et particuliers
  • Vendre des produits et services associés
  • Promouvoir De Dietrich Services auprès des professionnels (faire connaître les services de l’entreprise).

De formation en génie climatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2/3 ans dans une fonction comparable et faites preuve de bonnes aptitudes dans l’animation d’équipe. Votre connaissance du milieu du SAV vous permettra d’accompagner efficacement une activité en évolution et à enjeu dans un environnement dynamique.

Un sens aigu du service au client sont indispensables. Ce poste implique une forte disponibilité, particulièrement en période hivernale.
