Ben jij de innovatieve kracht die ons productieproces optimaliseert? De rol

Als Production Engineer bij Fortes Energy Systems ben jij de spil in het verbeteren van ons productieproces van onze afleversets. Jij zorgt samen met je collega productie engineer dat onze 5 productielijnen, on zelf ontwikkelde testsystemen en technieken erachter niet alleen soepel verlopen, maar ook continu worden verbeterd!

Met jouw technische kennis en analytische blik weet jij bottlenecks te signaleren en te elimineren, waardoor de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van onze productie naar een hoger niveau worden getild en de kwaliteit en leadtime verbeterd wordt. Hierbij ga jij data gedreven te werk, van analyse tot optimalisatie!

De verantwoordelijkheden van de Production Engineer:

  • Analyseren, verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze productieprocessen en middelen zodat we een hogere first time right kunnen garanderen.
  • Signaleren en verhelpen van verstoringen en analyseren van structurele knelpunten
  • Initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen, jij bepaalt en leidt zelf de verbeterprojecten
  • Borgen van betrouwbare testsystemen, dataopslag en registraties
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden zodat units volgens standaard worden gebouwd
  • Bewaken van projectvoortgang en planning binnen de verbeterprojecten waarbij je een coördinerende en adviserende rol hebt richting de interne afdelingen en externe stakeholders

De kwalificaties

  • Afgeronde HBO-opleiding bij voorkeur richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica
  • Relevante ervaring in vergelijkbare rol binnen een technische of productieomgeving
  • Kennis van productieprocessen, productiemethoden en besturingstechnieken (PC, PLC, datacommunicatie) is een pré
  • Ervaring met Power BI is een plus!
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
