Deine Mission: In dieser spezialisierten Rolle bist du Sales-Profi und fachlicher Experte in Personalunion. Mit deiner Maklerlizenz (nach § 34d GewO) bringst du das regulatorische und fachliche Know-how mit, um Unternehmen ganzheitlich im Bereich der betrieblichen Vorsorge zu beraten. Du bist die Brücke zwischen aktiver Neu-/ Bestandskundenbetreuung und komplexer Fachberatung in den Segmenten bAV (betriebliche Altersversorgung), bKV (betriebliche Krankenversicherung) und bBU (betriebliche Berufsunfähigkeit). Auf Entscheider-Ebene schaffst du sofort Vertrauen und positionierst become.1 als starken Partner für moderne Benefits und Vorsorge-Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gezielte Fachakquise: Du sprichst Personalverantwortliche und Geschäftsführungen aktiv an und berätst auf Augenhöhe zu bedarfsgerechten Vorsorge- und Benefits-Konzepten.
  • Beratungsstarke Einwandbehandlung: Dank deines Fachwissens in bAV, bKV und bBU löst du komplexe Bedenken souverän auf und übersetzt komplizierte Rahmenbedingungen in klare Argumente.
  • Qualifizierung & Bedarfsauslegung: Du verstehst die arbeits-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Besonderheiten deiner Kunden und schneidest passende Benefits-Pakete zu.
  • Schnittstelle & Enablement: Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei tiefgehenden Fachfragen und stellst sicher, dass alle regulatorischen Anforderungen im Akquise- und Erstkontaktprozess eingehalten werden.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Qualifikation & Lizenz: Gültige Maklerlizenz (Versicherungsfachmann/-frau IHK / § 34d GewO) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in bAV, bKV und bBU.
  • Sales-Drive: Nachweisbarer Erfolgs-Track-Record im B2B-Vertrieb mit echter Freude an der aktiven Erstansprache und Kaltakquise.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du trittst bei C-Level-Ansprechpartnern sicher auf und kannst komplexe Vorsorgethemen verständlich und überzeugend auf den Punkt bringen.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten: Du steuerst deine Pipeline strukturiert und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Scale-up-Umfeld den Überblick.
