Du unterstützt unser Accounting & Finance-Team dabei, den Überblick zu behalten und Prozesse rund ums Geld reibungslos am Laufen zu halten. Deine Rolle geht dabei über reines Abarbeiten hinaus: Du bringst Struktur in wiederkehrende Abläufe, hast ein Auge für Unstimmigkeiten und hilfst uns, unsere internen Accounting & Finance-Prozesse Schritt für Schritt zu verbessern. Wir denken AI-First und setzen entsprechendes Tooling im Arbeitsalltag ein – du bist offen dafür, dich in solche Tools einzuarbeiten und sie aktiv zu nutzen. Bei uns bist du kein kleines Rädchen – dein Blick auf die Zahlen und dein Verständnis für unsere Kund:innen sind für uns wertvoll.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung offener Posten und Zahlungseingänge
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern zu Fragen rund um Rechnungen und Zahlungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Accounting & Finance-relevanten Daten und Dokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit an verschiedenen operativen Aufgaben innerhalb unseres Accounting & Finance-Bereichs
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung interner Accounting & Finance-Prozesse, u. a. auch durch den Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reportings

Dein Profil

  • Du befindest dich aktuell in einem Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Steuern, Prüfungswesen, Controlling, Accounting oder allgemein BWL/VWL – notwendig ist das aber nicht, wenn du Zahlenaffinität mitbringst.
  • Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Zahlen und Tabellen schrecken dich nicht ab – im Gegenteil, du hast Spaß daran, dich in Daten einzuarbeiten und Zusammenhänge zu verstehen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und freundlich, auch wenn es mal um Rückfragen oder Klärungsbedarf geht.
  • Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) setzen wir voraus; Erfahrung mit gängigen Accounting & Finance- oder ERP-Systemen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
