Deine Aufgaben

Deine Mission: Als Account Executive bist du unser Closer. Du qualifizierst Leads aus dem Marketing, übernimmst qualifizierte Termine aus dem BDR-Team und führst sie zum Abschluss – vom ersten Discovery-Call bis zur Vertragsunterschrift. Du verstehst die Herausforderungen von HR-Verantwortlichen und Geschäftsführern und positionierst become.1 als die Lösung, die wirklich zählt und Mitarbeiter-Benefits einfach, flexible und compliant macht.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Deal-Ownership: Du übernimmst den gesamten Sales-Cycle nach der Lead-Generierung – Bedarfsanalyse, Präsentation, Verhandlung, Abschluss.
  • Beratung auf Entscheider-Ebene: Du führst Gespräche mit HR-Verantwortlichen und Geschäftsführern und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen statt Standardpitches.
  • Pipeline-Verantwortung: Du steuerst deine eigene Pipeline in HubSpot, priorisierst Deals nach Abschlusswahrscheinlichkeit und behältst deine Forecasts im Griff.
  • Verhandlungsführung: Du verhandelst Konditionen und Verträge eigenständig und schließt eigenverantwortlich ab.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit BDRs und Marketing: Du gibst Feedback zur Lead-Qualität und arbeitest eng mit dem BDR-Team zusammen, um die Übergabe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Strategie-Sparring: Du arbeitest mit dem AE-Team und CRO an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Sales-Strategie und Preismodelle.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abschluss-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung als Account Executive oder in einer vergleichbaren Closing-Rolle im B2B/SaaS-Vertrieb.
  • Verhandlungssicherheit: Du führst souverän Gespräche auf C-Level und Geschäftsführer-Ebene und verhandelst selbstbewusst.
  • Ergebnisorientierung: Du denkst in Quartalszielen, hast eine nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz beim Erreichen oder Übertreffen von Abschlusszielen.
  • Sprachen: Fließendes Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (C1/C2) ist für die Top-Entscheider-Akquise in der DACH-Region zwingend erforderlich.
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Vertriebsteams oder Erfahrung als BDR mit Aufstieg zum AE – du weißt, wie beide Rollen ineinandergreifen.
