About Bedrock Facility Solutions

Bedrock Facility Solutions helps companies with multiple locations manage repairs, maintenance, service providers, assets, and facility operations. Our Pebble platform brings work orders, communication, estimates, invoices, response times, and location history into one organized system.

About the Role

When a new client signs with Bedrock, there is a lot to get right before the first service request comes in. Locations need to be entered, users added, approval rules documented, workflows confirmed, and teams trained.

The Client Onboarding and Implementation Specialist guides each new client from signed agreement through a successful launch. You will learn how the client manages facility work, configure Pebble around those needs, coordinate the implementation timeline, and prepare the client and our internal teams for go-live.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys organizing complex information, working directly with clients, solving problems, and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks.

What You Will Do

• Lead client kickoff meetings and establish clear implementation plans, responsibilities, and launch dates.

• Gather information about client locations, users, assets, service categories, approval rules, emergency procedures, access instructions, and reporting needs.

• Configure client accounts, locations, users, permissions, workflows, and notification settings in Pebble.

• Import, review, and validate client data before it is entered into the production environment.

• Document dispatch rules, spending approvals, escalation procedures, after hours requirements, and invoicing expectations.

• Coordinate implementation work across Sales, Facility Operations, Customer Success, Billing, and Product.

• Train client administrators, managers, and location teams on how to use Pebble and work with Bedrock.

• Test workflows, permissions, notifications, and sample work orders before launch.

• Track missing information, implementation risks, client decisions, and outstanding action items.

• Communicate progress clearly and raise potential delays before they affect the launch date.

• Support clients during the first weeks after launch and provide Customer Success with a complete handoff.

• Share client feedback and recurring implementation challenges with the Product team.

What We Are Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in client onboarding, software implementation, project coordination, customer success, facilities operations, or a similar client-facing role.

• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.

• Strong organizational skills and close attention to data accuracy.

• Confidence leading client meetings, asking detailed questions, and documenting decisions.

• Ability to explain software and operational processes clearly to different types of users.

• Comfort working with spreadsheets, data imports, business software, and web-based platforms.

• Sound judgment when requirements are incomplete or conflicting.

• Ability to manage several client implementations without losing track of details.

• Experience with facility management, CMMS, work order, property management, CRM, or implementation software is helpful.

• Experience cleaning or validating Excel and CSV data is helpful.

• You must currently reside in Florida and be able to travel within the state occasionally for client launches or training.

A college degree is not required. Relevant experience, judgment, communication skills, and follow-through matter most.

Compensation

This is a full-time W-2 position with a competitive base salary and a performance bonus. The position includes the compensation range displayed on this posting.
