About Bedrock

Bedrock Facility Solutions helps companies with multiple locations manage repairs, maintenance, service providers, assets, and facility activity across their properties. Pebble, our facility management platform, keeps work orders, communication, estimates, invoices, response times, and location history organized.

Bedrock works with licensed and insured service providers to complete the trade work requested by our clients.

The Role

We are hiring a Service Provider Network Manager to build and maintain strong service coverage throughout Florida.

When a client needs an electrician in Jacksonville, an HVAC company in Miami, or an urgent plumber in Tampa, the service team needs a qualified company ready to respond. This role makes sure that coverage is in place before a request arrives.

Finding a company name online is not enough. You will learn what each service provider does, where they work, whether their documentation is current, how quickly they respond, and whether they meet Bedrock’s service expectations.

You will work closely with operations, billing, customer success, and Bedrock leadership.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain service provider coverage across Florida

• Track coverage by trade, county, service area, and availability

• Identify markets or trades where Bedrock needs additional coverage

• Find qualified service providers through referrals, industry relationships, associations, research, and direct outreach

• Speak with service providers about their capabilities, service areas, hours, response times, pricing, and capacity

• Collect and maintain W9 forms, certificates of insurance, trade licenses, workers compensation documentation, service agreements, and other required records

• Monitor expiration dates and follow up before documentation becomes outdated

• Coordinate service provider onboarding and setup inside Pebble

• Train service providers on how Bedrock handles work orders, estimates, approvals, updates, photos, and invoices

• Maintain accurate records for service areas, trades, contacts, rates, and availability

• Review response times, work acceptance, communication, documentation, service quality, repeat work, and client complaints

• Address performance concerns directly and document agreed next steps

• Recommend when a service provider should be placed on hold or removed from future assignments

• Build backup coverage so operations is not dependent on one company in a market

• Help operations find coverage for urgent or unusual requests

• Coordinate with billing when pricing, invoice, or documentation issues arise

• Review network performance and coverage information with Bedrock leadership

• Recommend improvements to provider onboarding and management inside Pebble

• Travel within Florida to meet service providers or review capabilities when needed

What We Are Looking For

• At least five years of experience in facility services, service provider management, supplier relationships, procurement, field services, construction services, or a similar role

• Experience finding and onboarding service companies across several trades or markets

• Familiarity with certificates of insurance, trade licenses, W9 forms, workers compensation documentation, and service agreements

• Experience discussing pricing, service expectations, response times, and performance concerns

• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, janitorial, landscaping, and general maintenance services

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

• The ability to have direct but respectful conversations when service quality falls short

• Strong organization and attention to expiration dates and documentation

• Experience using a CRM, CMMS, work order system, provider management system, or similar software

• Comfort using spreadsheets and performance reports to identify coverage gaps and service problems

• Ability to work remotely and travel within Florida when needed

A college degree is not required.

What Matters at Bedrock

Build relationships that last. Set clear expectations. Be fair, be honest, and address problems directly. Follow through with both clients and service providers.

This is a full time W2 position with a base salary and performance based bonus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
