Product Manager, Pebble

About Bedrock Facility Solutions

Bedrock Facility Solutions helps companies with multiple locations manage repairs, maintenance, assets, service providers, and facility operations.

Pebble is the software Bedrock uses to organize work orders, locations, assets, estimates, invoices, communication, response times, and service history. It gives facility teams a clearer view of what needs attention, what is being worked on, and what has already happened at each location.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to decide what Pebble should build, why it matters, and how we know it works.

This is a hands on role. You will spend time with clients, facility teams, service providers, Bedrock Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. Their requests will not always agree. Your job is to understand the real problem, set priorities, write clear requirements, and stay involved until the solution is working properly.

You should be comfortable discussing software with engineers and facility operations with clients. You do not need to be a developer, but you must understand enough about software, data, permissions, workflows, and integrations to make informed product decisions.

What You Will Do

• Maintain the Pebble product roadmap and keep the development backlog organized and current.

• Interview clients, facility teams, service providers, and internal users to understand how they manage work.

• Turn operational problems and client feedback into clear product requirements.

• Write user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for Engineering.

• Decide which requests belong in the product and which are too specific to one client.

• Work closely with Engineering throughout development, testing, release, and follow up.

• Review new features before release and confirm that they solve the intended problem.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing with Bedrock teams and selected clients.

• Track product usage, adoption, workflow completion, errors, and recurring support issues.

• Help improve work order management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance, service provider coordination, invoicing, reporting, and location history.

• Research competing CMMS and facility management platforms to understand where Pebble should improve or differentiate.

• Prepare release notes, internal training, and client communication for important product updates.

• Maintain a clear process for reporting bugs, requesting features, and reviewing product feedback.

• Work with Client Onboarding and Customer Success to make sure new features can be introduced clearly.

• Keep leadership informed about priorities, progress, risks, and decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Four or more years of experience in software product management, product ownership, technical implementation, or a closely related role.

• Experience working on a B2B software or SaaS product.

• Experience managing a product roadmap and prioritizing a development backlog.

• Ability to lead user interviews and separate the underlying problem from the requested solution.

• Strong written communication and the ability to create requirements that engineers can act on.

• Experience working directly with software engineers through planning, development, testing, and release.

• Comfort working with product analytics, usage data, support trends, and client feedback.

• Good judgment when balancing client needs, business priorities, technical limitations, and development time.

• Working knowledge of APIs, software integrations, user permissions, data structures, and web applications.

• Experience with CMMS, facility management, property management, field service, work order, or multi location operations software is helpful.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Figma, HubSpot, or similar platforms is helpful.

• You must currently reside in Florida and be available for occasional client visits or company meetings within the state.

A college degree is not required. We care more about your product judgment, experience, communication, and ability to follow through.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
