Kund:innen- & Partnerbetreuung

  • Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Endkund:innen – per Telefon und E-Mail, immer serviceorientiert und lösungsstark
  • Du sorgst für eine reibungslose, professionelle Kommunikation entlang der Customer Journey

Prozesse, die du wirklich mitgestaltest

  • Du arbeitest aktiv an unserem „Happy Path“ – der Journey vom Angebot bis zum Vertragsabschluss – und hilfst, Abläufe in HubSpot & Co. schlanker zu machen
  • Du analysierst, wo es hakt, und bringst konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge ein – statt nur zu dokumentieren
  • Du trägst dazu bei, Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit unserer operativen Prozesse messbar zu steigern

Sales- & Wachstumsunterstützung

  • Du wirkst an der Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung vertriebsrelevanter Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey mit
  • Du unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Kund:innen

Ad-hoc-Analysen mit echtem Output

  • Du übernimmst eigene Auswertungen zu Kund:innenkommunikation, Angebotsprozessen und Wachstumsinitiativen
  • Du leitest daraus konkrete, operative Handlungsempfehlungen ab – die wir tatsächlich umsetzen

Dein Talent

  • Du interessierst dich sehr für Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit und willst mehr darüber lernen und bewegen
  • Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen wirtschafts-, naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Studium oder hast dieses bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen – vergleichbare Studienrichtungen mit analytischem oder strategischem Schwerpunkt sind ebenso willkommen
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen mit, zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder ehrenamtliches Engagement
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sehr sorgfältig und übernimmst gerne hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Du gehst sicher mit gängigen Tools wie Excel um und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen gesammelt
  • Du kommunizierst klar, professionell und adressatengerecht und hast Freude daran, dich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C-Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast drei bis sechs Monate Zeit, uns vor Ort in Berlin zu unterstützen
